• Sterilizing, dishwashing, clean plant equipment, clean scoops (plastic scoops workers used for sampling and sent to lab), clean after disposing
• Uses autoclave
• Get kettles sterile (food contact tools/equipment)
• Document management- help with SQF audit- computer generated documents- get info into system- formatting using Microsoft Word and Excel some data entry- put SOPs in new format. Enter results into Excel spreadsheet.

Skills & Qualifications:

• HS diploma- entry level
• 1+ years in a Fast food industry
