Description:

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for the ongoing process improvement initiatives. This person will utilize enterprise standards to lead process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures and process documentation related to continuous improvement directives. This will be based out of their Janesville facility which is the distribution center.

• 5+ years of experience with racking experience
• 5+ years of experience with change management
