Job Description

Job Summary

In this role the candidate will assist with coordination of the work-order entry and completion process for all jobs requested by the department. Candidate will assist the fleet coordinator with managing our fleet of company owned vehicles. In this role the candidate will coordinate with the experiential marketing team to support consumer events throughout the year. The successful coordination of this work will require effective communication and organizational skills.

This position reports into the Manager/Work Group Advisor of vehicle services, company vehicle fleet management, and material handling at the corporate office. This leader reports into the Director of Events Marketing.

Responsibilities

Work order management/coordination

- Distributes and dispatches work orders to team members daily

- Creates work orders related to new bike set up

- Produces work orders requesting work necessary to disposition bikes

- Enters documentation and completes work orders for Jobs requested of the department

Fleet Management

- Lead the storage and movement of bikes onsite

- Conduct quarterly company owned vehicle audits

- Work with dock and material handlers to receive, store, and ship bikes

- Organize deliveries with the freight carriers that includes providing load lists for events to carriers

- Track mileage and service history to ensure periodic maintenance is completed for all vehicles

Administrative Duties

- Parts Ordering create orders to support team mechanics and rallies to keep vehicles available

- Approve Company Owned Vehicle riders review and approve documents needed to ride

- Orchestrate daily movement of COVs on campus Manage location updates of COVs

Education

A bachelors Degree in Business Management is preferred

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Three years of work in fleet coordination and/or work in a service department coordination role - preferred
  • Intermediate or higher-level skill with Excel and Microsoft suite products
  • Detail-oriented mindset including a process driven approach to record keeping
  • Ability to work and coordinate in an ambiguous environment while following standardized processes
  • Ability to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a high level of integrity
