Pineview Veterinary Hospital is a growing, fast paced practice looking to add a part time or full time receptionist to our staff. We are seeking applicants with availability Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Additional hours can be made available to reach full time status and eligibility for benefits. Some Saturday mornings will also be required on a rotating basis.

The ideal candidate for this position is friendly, compassionate, self-motivated and detail oriented. Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. Understanding the importance of the impression you leave on our clients is paramount.

Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting clients and checking them in/out, processing payments, answering phones, scheduling appointments, chart preparation, filing, daily cleaning.

Previous veterinary and/or reception experience with knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
