Nonn's Kitchen Bath and Flooring is currently seeking a qualified candidate to succeed in the role of Customer Service Specialist at our Dane, WI warehouse location near Highways 12 and 19. Join a team with a 30 year commitment to offering first-quality materials, competitive prices, and unmatched service.The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the Operations Manager with the responsibility to communicate with customers and subcontractors to schedule the installation of flooring, countertops, cabinets, or appliances.$18/hour depending on experience.Essential Duties/Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:Schedule with builders/homeowners and project managers for commercial and residential jobs. Assist in coordinating all deliveries for granite/cabinet/flooring/appliances with the warehouse project manager and install staff. Manage schedules to verify specific dates/times are met with all our products. Communicate with all installers/delivery persons on a daily basis to ensure their jobs are completed and customers are satisfied.Communicate with all Sales Staff on a daily/weekly basis on their jobs for detailed job progress and costs.Contact customers to confirm scheduled times/dates as required.Assist in warehouse inventory to ensure all parts are available to service/install all flooring, cabinet, countertops, and appliances.Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist:High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in flooring installation, construction, home fixtures, or scheduling preferred.Strong ability to be personable in customer interaction scenarios.Excellent problem solving follow up and attention to detail and accuracy skills.Ability to analyze technical data.Ability to verbally communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as customers.Proficient in computer spreadsheet programs, e-mail, Word programs and learn company computer program.Nonn's Flooring was founded over 30 years ago, and over that time, we've become the largest independent retailer of flooring in Wisconsin.
