Job Description

Position: Internal Sales Administrative Assistant

Department: Internal Sales

Location: Waunakee, WI

Hours: 1st Shift

Reports to: Internal Sales Manager

Summary: This position will provide administrative support for the Internal Sales Department, Service Department, Quality Department and Receptionist in Waunakee, WI. This person will provide excellent customer support to both internal and external customers and have requires strong MS Excel skills.

Description:

Maintain Internal Sales daily, weekly, and monthly performance logs within MS Excel Maintain Service Department with reports, logs and return goods authorization follow-up with customers Cover reception desk phone during receptionist's lunch and vacation Provide support to supervisors by creating and sending staff performance reports Provide support to supervisors in creating job instructions/reference sheets and upload in SharePoint Spare parts order entry when possible Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education: 2-4-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience: Entry Level Skills and Key Attributes: Excellent computer skills, keyboarding skills and MS Excel skills. Experience with MS Word and SharePoint. Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary. Ability to handle and maintain confidential data. Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a desk for up to 8 hours per day.
