Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is partnering with our client, located in Stoughton, in recruiting to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity. This well-established company is the world's leading manufacturer of solid-state decoupling products and takes pride in delivering exceptional product quality and service to their customers. The schedule for this in-office role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and offers a pay rate of $19 /hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming domestic and international calls, e-mails, and website requests
  • Provide technical literature, advice, and recommendations for customer inquiries
  • Perform full Customer Service lifecycle from maintaining customer accounts and provide quotations to confirm production and delivery schedules with production and customers for all international and domestic requests
  • Follow up on quotations, and inform management on activity, trends, and competition
  • Build customer relationships; maintain currency with contacts and maintain CRM database
  • Identify sales opportunities and proactively move customer along the path to purchase
  • Fulfill customer requests regarding returns, order status, and shipping
  • Advise Business Development and Marketing of customer trends and requests to include providing input on website, newsletters, and other material to assist clients and facilitate sales
  • Provide necessary documentation to facilitate domestic and international shipping
  • Provide administrative services as needed and all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in business related field or three years experience in customer service
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of global geography
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service skills including the ability to interact with international contacts
  • Aptitude to communicate complex or technical concepts
  • Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining organization and a strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to complete a background check and a drug screen
