Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with budget preparation, program changes, development of goals, short and long-range planning
Create and maintain a tracking system for all EHS staff-required deliverables and company EHS metrics
Maintain the EHS database and management system and also provide assistance with its implementation, management, and maintenance
Collect data, analyze data, create reports
Coordinate and implement EHS activities in the Atlanta office to include meetings, training, and other similar activities
Order, manage, and organize safety and office supplies for ATL office staff
Processes regulatory documents and ensures accurate record-keeping and file management
Developing presentation materials, including brochures, videos, and PowerPoint presentations
Assists the ATL EHS Staff with:
Emergency Evacuation plan fire warden for designated floor
EHS internal and external audit scheduling
EHS regulatory reporting to OSHA and EPA
Managing customer requests for information related to EHS
EHS Recognition for Associates
Act as scribe for meetings, emergency plan activation, and other activities as assigned
Performs other EHS administrative duties as assigned
Proven ability to work effectively and communicate at all levels, internal and external to the organization
Experience in developing/formatting technical standards and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Office Suite, Teams)
Ability to switch between and manage multiple tasks
Three (3) or more years of administrative experience in an EHS environment, Quality, or manufacturing
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Understanding of EHS Saas applications and database management preferred
Lift up to 35 lbs
Sits, stands, and walks for extended periods of time
Occasional pushing and pulling
Able to manage extensive typing and computer screen time
