Construction Crew
Our construction crew members can earn over $25 per hour based on their experience, and they also get job-by-job bonus pay and annual warm weather incentive trips! Unlike many other companies, at Wick Buildings, there is no waiting for months to receive bonus payments - we pay them out right after each job is complete. We are currently looking to add to our construction team based out of the Mt. Horeb, WI area. Our team builds top-quality post-frame structures, including machine sheds, commercial projects, and residential dwellings. As part of the job, travel may be required. However, we provide travel pay, a well-equipped company truck, a meal per diem, and hotel accommodations for your comfort.
Please note that this is a physically demanding job that requires lifting of at least 75 pounds, working outdoors, handling materials, and climbing. You should be able to work at heights of 20 feet or more. To ensure your safety and security, we provide all the necessary fall protection and safety equipment.
While some background in construction is helpful, we will train you in the "Wick Way" to build quality buildings and enhance your skills.
