Work Schedule:

This is a hybrid position. When in the office, you will work at 7974 UW Health Ct., Middleton, WI. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Director, Human Resources Information Systems to:

  • Lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of HR systems while serving as a strategic advisor and expert on HR technology and technology programs impacting UW Health.
  • Lead and enhance the efficiency of our HR operations and improve the overall employee digital experience.
  • Develop and execute an advanced HR technology strategy, managing the Oracle HR platform (and other HR technologies).

Education:

Minimum -Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or related field.

Preferred - Master's degree in a relevant subject area such as Business or Healthcare Administration.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Seven (7) years of progressive/relevant experience in the management of human resources, HRIS or information systems

Preferred -Experience in a large academic or complex health program that included HRIS services.

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred -Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification or SHRM-SCP
