Job Summary:
The Customer Service Lab Technician will provide value to our customers by writing technical reports that document machine clothing performance. This position requires preparing and analyzing returned machine clothing using standard procedures. Additional investigations or data trending may be required to complete the final reports, which are issued to internal and external customers. The technician will also provide technical support to the Research & Development and Product Engineering Departments through digital imaging, quality testing, characterizing trial fabrics and evaluating competitive products.
