Schedule Details:Pharmacists in this role work second shift with the opportunity to pick additional shifts as available. Second shift pharmacists at Waukesha Memorial Hospital start at 1:30pm or 2:30pm and work until 10:00pm or 11:00pm, 7 days on and 7 days off. Pharmacists in this role will staff primarily at the Waukesha campus but may be trained at the other hospitals pending need and interest. Pharmacist at times may be required to enter ante/buffer rooms and hood spaces, and as a requirement from regulatory bodies, must be jewelry and makeup free.

What You Will Do:

Promotespositive patient outcomes for patients and families of ProHealth Care utilizing pharmaceutical care.The pharmacist incorporates and demonstrates clinical skills and customer service strategies in order to achieve the organization's goals.

What You Will Need:

  • Pharmacist License required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Valid WI Driver's license required
  • EPIC Healthcare experience preferred
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
  • Omnicell, KitCheck, CPM (medication carousel) and Pharmacy Keeper experience preferred
