What's involved in this role:

We are looking for a Inventory Control Clerk in Le Sueur, Minnesota.

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for assisting management in overseeing and maintaining the supply of materials and equipment. The Inventory Control Clerk keeps track of all products and supplies, ensuring that stock is organized, and may assist in the unloading and processing of deliveries.

• $20/hour
• PTO from Day
• Monday - Friday / 8:00am - 4:00pm

What you need to join our team:

• Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• No experience required; in house training provided
• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Desire to grow with a stable company
• Coordinate and perform activities to reconcile and maintain inventory records, including conducting cycle counts to verify item quantities as well as reviewing and verifying product transactions entered in the inventory database.
• Investigate inventory errors: determining root causes, recommending and obtaining approval for adjustments and making corrections in the system.
• Review inventory reports; research inventory variances; determine cause for material product shortage/overages; gather supporting information and update inventory data base.
• Perform month-end inventory activities such as data entry, reconciliation, and report preparation.
• Immediately report any potential food safety issues to management.
• Track and control inventory from receiving through the production cycle.

• Conduct or assist with month-end and quarterly physical inventories.
