Job Description
Duration: 12+ months with possibility of CTH
Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day; 7:00am - 3:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Works under supervision but can work unsupervised.
  • Normally follows established procedures on routine work.
  • Receives, checks, stores, issues, and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control.
  • Prepares shipping documents and all paperwork that accompanies the shipment.
  • Including any paperwork needed from customer websites.
  • Verifies all work and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Uses assistance and/or powered mechanical means (including Fork Lift) to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.
  • Prepares and packages small and large parts using proper procedures and materials.
  • Proficiently uses computer hardware/software.
  • Oversees parts preparation, material handling, measuring and packaging equipment, records calibration logs of tools and equipment.
  • Performs operator preventative maintenance tasks and refers major breakdowns to machine maintenance.
  • Oversees inventory and maintains customer property.
  • Maintains contact with personnel from various customers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of material/process.
  • Uses assorted measuring and weight recording devices.
  • Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean.
Required Skills:
  • 5 years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Forklift experience needed.
  • Shipping & Receiving experience.
  • Experience with packing & unpacking products. Able to stand for the whole shift.
  • Needs Forklift experience, Needs driver's license to be able to deliver products to our customers and vendors, Willing to work overtime when needed.
  • Able to multitask during the shift, Willing to help at other departments when needed.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced department, Able to work well with other employees.
  • Able to lift 35 pounds from the ground up.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent ‘’GED.
