The Language Services Bilingual Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support. Reporting to the Language Services Supervisor, the incumbent ensures the efficient delivery of high-quality tasks. Key responsibilities include managing enrollment for GHC-SCW Primary Access for Kids Program ( PAK) and Generic PAK members, representing GHC-SCW and Language Services at the Latino Health Council, and conducting patient and member outreach through various channels such as telephone calls, digital communications, and mailings. Additionally, the role involves assisting with translations between Spanish and English, as well as coordinating schedules for both staff and contract interpreters as required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, , exceptional prioritization and organizational skills, proficiency in computer usage, and exemplary note-taking and transcribing capabilities. This position operates under the primary direction, guidance, and supervision of the Language Services Supervisor.
