Wis-Pak Inc., a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, Klarbrunn, Bubbl'r and other leading beverages, is currently accepting applications for full-time General Equipment Operators at its Watertown, WI facility.

Hours are 5:30 pm to 6:00am, Friday- Sunday. Shift Premium is an additional $1.50/hour.

JOB SUMMARY
  • The Production Lead Person oversees all shift employees and complies with all safety, quality, quantity and housekeeping standards. They will assure that all personnel are properly trained and follow all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak.

JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Lead all personnel and operations during shift.
  • Perform package and product changeovers.
  • Maintain low cost, high quality production practices.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.
  • Follow and enforce all Wis-Pak policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for meeting production, quality, and quantity standards during shift.
  • Daily updates with following shift Lead and Supervisor.
  • Facilitate and aid other departments.
  • Enforce all safety standards.
  • Assure proper PPE use.
  • Follow quality assurance guidelines.
  • Assure proper raw material usage.
  • Monitor all promotional material usage.
  • Maintain strong and frequent communications with employees to help prevent errors.
  • Coding, Recycling, General Housekeeping, and Personal Training.
